The Race Is On!!!

Well I’ve decided that its time to lose some weight. I refuse to weigh in a 250 so I dusted off the treadmill and have started hitting it on a daily basis for thirty minutes. Why is the first ten minutes of a treadmill program so grueling? My next step is trying to eat better. That is truly the hard part of loosing weight. Why is it as soon as you try to loose weight there are so many people out there trying to sabotage your advances. The last three days people have brought in goodies at work……..

Day one- fudge brownies

Day two- Pastries from Aunt MIllies

Day three- cookies
